Jewellery Care Instructions:

Our Jewellery is all handmade and needs to be looked after. Some pieces are very delicate and extra care should be taken when worn.

Always protect your jewellery from scratching, chemicals and sunlight. Please do not swim or shower with your jewellery as chlorine and soap can cause damage and reduce the lifespan of gold-plating in particular.

Please be aware that chemicals in your perfume, moisturisers, nail polish removers, hairspray etc may tarnish or damage jewellery. Tarnish may also occur as a result oxidation, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids. We therefore recommend you keep your gold and silver pieces in our soft pouches or jewellery boxes.

TUESDAY offers free shipping on New Zealand orders over $150.

For orders below $150, TUESDAY offers standard delivery (excludes rural addresses) of $10.00 and rural delivery of $15.00. Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days. 

Please note rural deliveries can take 2-4 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box, we can only ship to a physical address. 

Delivery may take slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday period.

International orders will incur a shipping fee of $30 with a delivery estimate of 5-10 working days. 

Please note TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand, which may cause additional costs and delays.

Please note all orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

TUESDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.

Items must be returned in their original, clean condition with tags on, and must be unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed. TUESDAY reserves the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or not returned within 7 days of customer receipt.

Please note that any return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and TUESDAY does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us. A tracked courier service MUST be used as standard NZ Post does not deliver to our address.
